$633 for a Round-Trip Premium Economy Flight to Europe, You Say?

Not bad for a trip across the pond.

If you’re headed to Europe this summer, you need to jump on this fare: $633 round-trip from a few East Cities to Barcelona. That’s not bad for economy. It’s astounding for premium economy.

And yet, in this season of notably low fares, it’s for real: It’s an Air France code-share on Delta from JFK, Dulles or Miami round-trip to Barcelona — you know, just one of Europe’s most beloved cities, home to a cracking gastronomical scene (including the newest three-star Michelin restaurant in Europe), Mediterranean beaches, and enough Antoni Gaudí sites to keep you busy for a month. If you haven’t been to Barcelona, here’s your chance to check it out — without an eight-hour flight with someone’s elbow jabbing your kidney. This deal will not last.

Boarding Area found similar flights to Helsinki — which, to tell the truth, we like even more than Barcelona. (Maybe not in winter, but otherwise.) Want to relax in a lakefront sauna? Want to explore St. Petersburg or the Baltics (before the latter are annexed by Russia)? Want to experience our favorite of the Scandinavian capitals? Oof, just go, already. $633
