Are Russian Hackers Targeting American Voters?

The Russians have been in the news a lot lately. First it was hacking the DNC. Then it was doping at the Olympic Games. And now, it’s back to hacking—but this time, at the state level. According to officials, Russians tried to hack at least two U.S. voter registration databases.

The Late Show with Stephen Colbert did a little investigative reporting and landed an exclusive interview with Illinois Lt. Governor “Johnny Cowboy.” Watch the video below.
