Finney has a scholarship offer from the University of Nevada—despite the fact that he is roughly a decade away from actually attending, according to The Charlotte Observer.
Coach Lane Kiffin of Florida Atlantic recently attracted attention for getting a commitment to attend from a ninth-grader Brandon McDuffey, but that prospect still has six years on Havon Finney.
