According to Travel and Leisure, though the big cities fared well in the rankings, the top restaurant can be found in Scottsdale, Arizona. Cafe Monarch in Scottsdale will offer a four-course, $150 meal next Wednesday, with items like filet mignon and Chilean sea bass grabbing attention on the menu. Cafe Monarch’s ivy-covered courtyard is the centerpiece that earned the Scottsdale haunt the list’s top spot. As for big city dwellers, Bavette’s Bar & Boeuf (#2 on the list) and Penumbra (#4) are Chicago’s best options, while Club A Steakhouse (#9) and Per Se (#20) serve the New York crowd.
