Late Night Finds Humor in President Trump’s Tax Bill

"Look how happy Paul Ryan is!"

After Congress passed the new Republican tax plan on Wednesday, late-night hosts Seth Meyers and Jimmy Fallon impersonated the president and imagined how conservative leaders are feeling: “Look how happy Paul Ryan is! He looks like a guy on ‘Law and Order’ whose case gets thrown out on a technicality,” Meyers joked. Take a look at the clips below.
