Some gyms require an annual fee: this club for high-level executives requires an invitation. Designed by media exec Strauss Zelnick, The Program is an exclusive workout group of carefully curated members and regimens. Each day is a different activity selected by Zelnick, whether high-intensity-interval-training (HIIT) led by a former drill sergeant or a kickboxing class at a nearby Equinox.

The 58-year-old media executive started The Program as a way of changing up his normal workout routine with his friends. The group has a median age of 28, a choice of Zelnick’s to motivate older and less fit members. (It also helps him feel and think younger.) Bloomberg‘s Jason Kelly caught up with Zelnick for a 6am Program workout. Read how it went here. Interested in trying one of The Program’s workouts yourself? Below is a 20-minute HIIT workout that requires no extra equipment.
