So Here’s That Yacht Garage You Wanted

Problem: where to put the yacht.

Solution: this 11,000-square-foot, five-bed, seven-bath, four-level behemoth, now available in a tonier section of West Vancouver, British Columbia. 

Obviously $23 million CAD (that’s about $17 million in ‘Murican money) gets you even more than that humble list. Perhaps you were looking for an 8,000-gallon koi pond? Outdoor pool? Indoor pool? Elevator system? Five-car heated garage accessible by elevator, because stairs are for slinkies and/or Rocky Balboa? Check, check, check, etc. 

About that yacht garage: it’s 50 feet. It involves immediate proximity to water. It’s believed to be the only one of its kind in North America, though yachts with their own garages are a thing, too.
